Exchange - 365 days exchange policy
We offer an exchange policy of 365 days after receipt of the item (unless otherwise agreed). There are no administration fees for exchanging the products. Check the back of your invoice for an exchange form. The same conditions apply for returns/refunds, and are set with the standards of the previously purchased item. For exchanges, you must notify us which watch you would like to exchange and provide us your name, address, e-mail address and order number. We will send a special link to your e-mail address where the new item can be order, and the previous order value will be deducted. After that, the new product(s) will be sent to you.

Cancellation
You have 365 days cancellation policy. To exercise this right, you must provide us with unequivocal statement within 365 days of receipt of goods. Check the back of your invoice for a return form.

Using cancellation policy
If you cancel your purchase prior to us having it sent to you, you must use our contact form, remember to provide us your order number and name, as well as the reason why you would like to cancel your purchase.

Important! You must either fill out a return/refund or exchange form found on the backside of your invoice or register a case via our contact form prior to us sending the product to you. If you wish to exchange your watch for another model, you should choose “Exchange” in the subject field. If you wish to return your purchase, you should choose “Return’’ in the subject field.

 

There are several delivery methods available depending on what shipping company you select. We recommend you to choose a company with track & trace (tracking number). This way the transport of your package will be registered and traced, which minimises the risk of your package getting lost in transit. All shipments to our address are at your own responsibility. If the package gets lost in transit, we won’t be able to refund your watch. You must therefore pay any eventual fees associated with returns.The watch cannot be delivered in person to our business address.

We do not accept returned goods shipped without postage or goods that must be paid upon receipt. We reserve the right to charge £20-30 in postage- and handling fees for packages that are returned to us by mail if they have been unclaimed at the post office.

Remember to attach the invoice/exchange/return form in order to ensure that the items were purchased at Watchia.com, or the page that you were asked to print out upon submission of our contact form (exchange and return).
If you paid with your credit card we will reverse the credit/debit card transaction and you will receive your money back immediately. If you have chosen an invoice as your payment method, we will update or reimburse your money the same way you purchased your item with. Please note that credit cards like Mastercard can reimburse payments at a later date (within 30 days) even though we have canceled your order and returned the money. Remember as well to provide your bank information if you made a purchase using a different payment method other than credit card and invoice.

If you wish to exchange your watch for another model that costs less than the returned watch, the difference will be paid to your previously used credit/debit card or updated invoice. If the new watch costs more, we will send a special link to your e-mail address where the difference can be paid. After that, the new watch will be sent to you.
